These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 555d platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account services, bonuses, and payment operations. Account withdrawals require completed Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. 555d reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of account use to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the 555d Platform, registering an Account, or using any 555d service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the 555d Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms that may apply.
2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 555d. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access, register on, or use the 555d Platform.
2.3 Your continued use of the 555d Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. 555d will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes via email to the address registered on their Account.
2.4 These Terms are published in English and the English version is the legally authoritative text. Any translation provided for convenience does not modify the meaning or interpretation of the English version.

3.1 To register an Account and use the 555d Platform, you must:
3.2 555d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and place of residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 555d will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Account.
3.3 If 555d becomes aware or reasonably suspects that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section, 555d may immediately suspend the Account, void any Bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending identity verification.
3.4 Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 555d Platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. 555d provides no legal advice on jurisdictional gambling laws.
4.1 Each Player may hold only one active 555d Account at any time. The creation or maintenance of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number, and email address. You undertake to keep this information current and to update it promptly if any detail changes.
4.3 You must not register an Account using false, misleading, or another person's identity information. Any Account found to have been registered using fraudulent information will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.
4.4 555d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.
4.5 Corporate or business entity registrations are not permitted on the 555d Platform. All Accounts must be registered by and held by natural persons in their individual capacity.
4.6 Where 555d identifies duplicate Accounts held by the same individual, 555d may merge the Accounts, retain only the earliest-registered Account as active, void any Bonuses obtained across the duplicate Accounts, and restrict withdrawal of funds obtained through the use of duplicate Accounts pending investigation.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555d Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 You must immediately notify 555d at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your 555d Account.
5.3 555d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials or from your authorised or unauthorised sharing of those credentials with a third party.
5.4 555d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA adds a second verification layer to the login process, materially reducing the risk of unauthorised account access.
5.5 555d will never request your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 555d that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 555d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, and 1LINK. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and 555d reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's Account.
6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.4 Own Payment Methods. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. The use of payment methods belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and the withholding of associated funds pending investigation.
6.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timeframes after approval: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within minutes; Raast and 1LINK — 5 to 10 minutes; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers — 15 to 30 minutes during normal banking hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
6.6 KYC Requirement for Withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to Accounts that have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of 555d's compliance team. See Section 11 for KYC requirements.
6.7 No Cash or Third-Party Transfers. 555d does not process cash payments or transfers to or from third-party accounts, money services not listed in Section 6.1, or payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name.
All 555d account balances and transactions are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is provided or required.
7.1 555d may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards to registered Players.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any Bonus-derived funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each Bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions, which are available in the Player's Account dashboard.
7.3 Players must read and accept the terms of each individual Bonus before claiming it. By claiming a Bonus, the Player confirms acceptance of the applicable Bonus terms.
7.4 One Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Creating duplicate Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in the forfeiture of all associated funds.
7.5 Game Restrictions. Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or categories of games. Playing restricted games while a Bonus is active may result in the Bonus being voided. The eligible games for each Bonus are specified in its individual terms.
7.6 Abuse and Exploitation. 555d reserves the right to void, withhold, or claw back any Bonus where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the Bonus has been obtained or used in an abusive, fraudulent, or exploitative manner including but not limited to: the use of automated tools, bonus arbitrage strategies, or coordinated abuse across multiple Accounts.
7.7 555d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect Bonuses already credited and actively being wagered by Players in good standing.
8.1 RNG Games. All random number generator (RNG) casino games available on the 555d Platform use independently certified random number generation algorithms. The statistical outcomes of these games are not influenced by 555d, the Player, or any third party.
8.2 Live Dealer Games. Live casino games streamed on the 555d Platform are operated by third-party studio providers. The physical equipment used in these games — cards, roulette wheels, dice — is real and subject to the studio operator's own regulatory oversight and auditing obligations.
8.3 Return to Player. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual casino games are provided by game software providers and are generally available within the game's information or help section. RTPs are theoretical long-run statistical figures and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
8.4 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure affecting a game round, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 555d shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its direct control.
8.5 Progressive Jackpots. Where progressive jackpot games are available on the 555d Platform, jackpot prizes are determined by the game provider's system and the specific terms governing that jackpot game. 555d is not responsible for jackpot prize determinations made by third-party game providers.
9.1 The 555d sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international and domestic competitions), football, tennis, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports markets. The availability of specific markets is subject to change and not all markets are guaranteed to be available at all times.
9.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the 555d sportsbook are subject to acceptance by 555d. 555d reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed at erroneous odds or odds resulting from technical errors.
9.3 Erroneous Odds. Where odds are published on the Platform due to a manifest error, pricing feed failure, or technical issue, 555d reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly.
9.4 Results and Settlement. Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. For cricket, results are determined in accordance with the Laws of Cricket and the applicable competition rules (ICC, PCB, or other governing body as applicable).
9.5 In-Play Betting. Bets placed during live in-play markets are subject to delays between bet placement confirmation and acceptance. In-play markets are closed and bets may be suspended at any time at 555d's discretion.
9.6 Winnings Cap. Maximum winnings on any single event or accumulator bet may be subject to limits. The applicable limits are stated in the sportsbook section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555d Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
10.2 555d reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
11.1 555d is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts and to comply with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under international gaming compliance standards.
11.2 KYC Documents. 555d may request the following documentation at any stage of account use: (a) government-issued photo identity (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence); (b) proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the previous 90 days); (c) proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming your name and the payment method used for deposit); (d) source of funds declaration where the level of activity on the Account warrants additional review.
11.3 Mandatory Verification Before Withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to 555d's satisfaction. 555d will process KYC verification as promptly as possible and will communicate any documentation requirements clearly via email to the registered Account address.
11.4 Transaction Monitoring. 555d monitors Account transactions for activity consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes. Where suspicious activity is identified, 555d may suspend the Account, withhold funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required under applicable compliance obligations. 555d is not required to inform the Account holder that a report has been made.
11.5 Cooperation with KYC and AML procedures is a condition of continued access to the 555d Platform. Refusal to provide requested documentation will result in Account suspension until the matter is resolved.
12.1 Suspension by 555d. 555d reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: a breach of these Terms has occurred; the Account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; KYC or AML verification is required; or regulatory or compliance obligations require suspension.
12.2 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 555d Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method subject to applicable KYC requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Active Bonus balances will be forfeited upon Account closure.
12.3 Permanent Closure for Breach. Where 555d determines that a Player has materially breached these Terms, 555d may permanently close the Account without prior notice, void all Bonus balances, and withhold real-money funds pending investigation. Where funds are subsequently confirmed as legitimately obtained, they will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
12.4 Self-Exclusion Closure. Where a Player requests self-exclusion under Section 15, the Account will be suspended for the requested period or permanently, as applicable. Reactivation requests during a self-exclusion period will not be actioned.
13.1 All content on the 555d Platform — including but not limited to the 555d name, logo, trademarks, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 555d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the 555d Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence is granted.
13.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the 555d Platform without prior written authorisation from 555d.
13.4 Game software and content made available on the Platform remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective third-party game providers. Use of game content outside of normal gameplay is not permitted.
14.1 The 555d Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555d gives no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
14.2 555d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services; technical failures, server outages, or network interruptions outside 555d's direct control; loss of data; game outcomes; the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors or game software providers; or your reliance on information displayed on the Platform.
14.3 To the extent that 555d's liability to you cannot be wholly excluded by applicable law, 555d's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your 555d Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

17.2 If you object to any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms.
18.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 555d holds its operational authorisation under international gaming compliance standards.

18.3 Formal Disputes. Where informal resolution is not achieved, Players may escalate disputes to the dispute resolution body designated under 555d's international operational authorisation. 18.4 Nothing in this section prevents 555d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect 555d's rights or interests.
